If there are any issues after the product purchase, our customer service team will be happy to provide solutions. Below are the details of our return/exchange policy and after-sales service:
Since perfumes are liquid products and each bottle is a customized product personally filled by the entrepreneur, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been sold. The return/exchange policy will be clearly explained to customers at the time of purchase to avoid misunderstandings. Customers are advised to carefully confirm their fragrance preferences and quantities before purchasing.
If the entrepreneur’s kit is damaged or missing parts during transportation, the entrepreneur may contact customer service via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving the package, providing clear photos and videos. After confirming the issue, our team will resend the corresponding materials free of charge. Complaints due to personal reasons (such as color preference mismatch, misuse, etc.) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
